When you place a bet or play a game at high bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the complete rules and betting terms. high bet is not responsible for incorrect odds, erroneous bets, or technical issues. In such cases, high bet reserves the right to cancel bets and refund stakes.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To create an account at High Bet, you must provide true and accurate information. Your name, email, phone number, and date of birth must be correct. High Bet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of your information and may request documentation to prove your identity.

Only one high bet account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If high bet detects multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and all your winnings forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Account verification process:

• Proof of identity: Copy of National ID, Passport, or Driving License
• Proof of address: Utility bill or bank statement (within 3 months)
• Payment verification: Proof of your payment method
• Selfie verification: A selfie holding your ID

High Bet may request additional documents at any time and may hold your withdrawal until verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours.

3. Betting Rules and Terms

All bets at high bet are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. When you place a bet, the stake is immediately deducted from your account. If the bet wins, your winnings will be credited to your account. high bet uses official results and stats to determine all bet outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules:

• Pre-match bets are not accepted after the match starts
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets will be void and stakes refunded
• Odds may change rapidly during live betting
• High Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds
• Settlement will be based on official results; subsequent changes will not affect it

Casino gaming rules:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG)
• Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final
• High bet may void rounds in case of technical issues
• Game manipulation or bot use is strictly prohibited

4. Payment and Withdrawal Terms

High bet supports all popular payment methods for Bangladeshi players including bKash, Nagad, Rocket. You can also deposit and withdraw with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). high bet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, but payment providers may charge their own fees.

Deposit rules:

If bonus abuse is detected, High Bet will void the bonus and associated winnings and may suspend the account.

4. If unresolved, the case will be escalated to senior management
5. Final decision will be provided within 7 business days

All High Bet decisions are final and binding. If you are not satisfied with a High Bet decision, you may lodge a complaint with our licensing authority.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

High bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at any time for any reason. Common reasons include: rule violations, fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or suspicious activity.

Reasons for Account Closure:

• Providing false information
• Being under 18 years of age
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using third-party payment methods
• Money laundering or illegal activities
• Collusion with staff or agents
• Using bots or automation software

If your account is closed, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you, unless you have violated the rules. In case of rule violations, high bet reserves the right to confiscate all your balance and winnings.

You may request permanent account closure at any time through customer support. Once closed, you will no longer be able to use High Bet services.
